20 Pounds? Nope

So, I seem to be really bad at this blogging thing. Well Halloween has come and gone. Makayla was a dalmation dog for Halloween and she was darn cute if I do say so my self. She enjoyed all the trick-or-treaters that came and knocked on the inside of the door everytime they left. She is growing and learning so much and so fast. She now knows the sign for monkey, which is good as that is her favorite stuffed animal, and the sign for light and constantly shows me where Jesus is and points him out when I don't notice he is in the room. She is the best testament of Christ and Heavenly Father's love for me, well her and her daddy. She is getting so close to saying daddy and she will even call for him even when he is not home. I love how much she loves him and he loves her it is definitely the most sexy thing on the planet and it makes me want to kiss him even more than I already do. I just cannot tell him enough how much I appreciate him and how much I love him. He makes me smile and he makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Right now he is getting fed up with school and homework and all the exhaustingness of it. I absolutely adore the quality he has of never letting himself do just sub par. I am shaping up nicely I think and love going to Zumba, it is a nice way to get a bit of me time and give Makayla and daddy one on one time which is extremely important. I am just about done with Christmas shopping which is wonderful cause I hate the rush during December now I just have to find a Christmas ornament for the family for this year. Lately I have been way crafty and did a bunch of things and have a to-do list (weird I know). I made Makayla's costume, reupholstered the cushion on our rocking chair, am doing some wall panels for when Makayla gets a room, did the ward bulletin board, and am going to finally get my style in order and actually create a style for my front room instead of it being all mumbled and jumbled. Oh and I also want to decoupage some end tables and make a few wood letters and decorate them for decor. Transcription is going well and we are making enough so we can save for future things like increased rent when we need to move to a bigger place. Now I would like to take this last portion and give thanks. I would like to thank all of the many wonderful people that make up my family, not just the people that I am related to by blood but all those people who love and support us who are there to smile at us who make us feel welcome and those who have made life just a bit better by just being a friend. I love my family, all of you, and will always call those who love and care about us and our well-being family.

P.S. If you are wondering about the title Makayla is only 17 pounds and cannot be forward facing still. She is such a cute little girl but I really wish she would weigh just a bit more.

Just Over a Year

Makayla is just over a year old. Her birthday party was a blast. We has wonderful support from family and friends. Makayla got so many great gifts. Kyle will be beginning his last year at SUU and then off to USU. Of course before that we will take a bit of a celebration vacation. Makayla is walking all over the house and even having fun charging people and is having fun learning to climb up selves and getting what she wants. I am working quite a bit in the morning and Makayla does not quite understand that. My brother is getting married on Friday which will be cool. I am extremely excited because my neighbor is expecting in February so Makayla won't be the only little one in the apartment. Today we got to go see Sarin's puppies and they are so cute and Makayla tried to play with them a bit but then pulled one of their ears and got a bit scared. Well time to go to sleep so I can wake up early and get typing. Goodnight Neverland.

Toddle toddle

So happy day, my baby took her first steps. She can only take three at this point in time but it is quite fun to watch. She will take three steps and then lunge (if you have something she wants). She is getting bigger and actually is starting to feel kind of heavy (I think the Lord knows I don't have muscles so gave me a small baby). We are having a way fun summer. Kyle and I celebrated our third anniversary by going to St. George and seeing Tarzan at the Tuachan. It was absolutely amazing and I am so glad that we decided to do that. While we were there I got two new outfits that make me feel like a sexy momma. I am so excited to do Makayla's birthday party and it will be great fun. Makayla is a little talker, at least around mom and dad. She loves to play with all the other little kids in our ward and loves to play peek-a-boo with the grown-ups during sacrament. Kyle is still working on that project at the school which is good and he has decided not to do Lamoreaux because then we would never see him, well we would but he would be doing homework. We took Makayla swimming with my mom and sister and it was quite fun. My mom especially loved it. Kyle got a pretty spiffy Father's day/anniversary present, it is a camera backpack that has a place for the tripod and a bunch of compartments and a place to put a camelback bladder. He was pretty excited about it. I finally went and got my massage that was my mother's day present and it was absolutely wonderful. I love it when there is a school of massage or cosmetology around it makes this so much easier to do. This summer we are going to endeavor to go to Zion, Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks, and Kolob Canyon while we are still out this way. We would also like to go an hike Kanaraville falls but we would have to do that without Makayla. I am so blessed to have the wonderful family I have and hope that they all know how much I appreciate them. It is so cute to see Makayla waving bye bye to people and she claps when we tell her something she did was good. She is a very curious little monkey and very active and of course, thanks to my mother's curse, she is having a great time figuring out how to climb. Well that is all for now. Thanks for reading.
